I want to thank you for the excellent treatment you gave me relating to my root canal (April 2).  To begin with, the front office person who contacted me before my appointment was friendly, courteous and thorough.  When I arrived Monica did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable, conducting her prep work and CT scan and answering my questions.  Dr. Young, I appreciated your thorough explanation of the alternatives available to me and your answers to my (many) questions.  Being able to review the 3D CT scan was very helpful for me to understand the situation and the treatment.  Once you started the treatment, you kept in touch with me and did your best to keep me comfortable.  I don’t recall feeling any pain during the process.  When you were done, you said I should allow a month for my teeth to get back to normal.  I had no pain that wasn’t soothed by Tylenol.  It took about a week and now my teeth and jaw feel normal/ a welcome relief.  As much as I “enjoyed” the treatment, I hope not to see you soon!
